Kembang Desa (Kembali Bangun Desa) [November 22-23, 2008]
“Kembang Desa” is an annual program of Industrial Engineering Students Association in my campus that aim to increase the concern of IE students for others living in the village. We try to help them with the knowledge we learned, also cooperate with other organisations, and deliver it to the villagers to develop their way of living through some seminars (about household waste management, agriculture, trash recycling), repair their public facilities (schools, toilets), etc.
It could be any village in West Java that we concern needed some help. On 2008, it was held in Kampung Cibuluh, Desa Pangalengan, Lembang. The picture above is the happy faces of the local elementary school students, SD Negeri Tribhakti. Complete story’s here.
